This returns policy explains the conditions under which returns may be accepted, how customers can request a return, and how refunds are handled.
14-Day Refund Window
Our refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date of payment or order confirmation. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To request a refund, the request must be submitted in writing within this 14-day period.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered if:
- The order has not yet entered production, customization, scheduling, or final preparation.
- The refund request is made within the 14-day refund period.
- The delivered trailer or service does not match the written agreement or invoice.
- There is a confirmed duplicate payment or billing error.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied or adjusted if:
- Custom build work or trailer modifications have already started.
- Materials, labor, sourcing, or reservation work has already been committed to the order.
- The trailer has already been delivered, picked up, or released to the buyer or shipping party.
- The customer changes their mind after fabrication or preparation has begun.
Deposits & Reservation Payments
Deposit and reservation payments help secure inventory, labor scheduling, and order preparation. Because of this, some deposits may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the stage of the order at the time the request is made.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please provide:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order number, invoice number, or payment confirmation
- The trailer model or project reference
- A short explanation of the reason for the request
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Exchanges & Order Adjustments
In certain cases, we may offer an exchange, order modification, store credit, or a revised arrangement in place of a refund where appropriate.
Important Notice
All orders must follow the agreed financing and payment structure. Trailers are only released once payments are fully confirmed and verified.
