At Wander Wheel, we take pride in the quality of our food trailers. Each order is custom-built or carefully inspected before delivery. Please read our return and refund policy below before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of food trailers and build-to-order services, all sales are final. Once production has started or payment has been processed, cancellations are not permitted.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a custom trailer order. This deposit secures your build spot and covers materials and planning costs. The amount will be applied toward your total balance.
3. Damaged or Defective Trailers
If your trailer arrives with manufacturing defects or transport-related damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to assess and resolve the issue through:
- Repair or replacement of defective parts
- Support from our service partners
- Insurance claim assistance (if applicable)
4. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted in the case of factory faults or errors in build specification that deviate from the signed agreement. Cosmetic issues or buyer’s remorse are not valid reasons for return.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved (under rare circumstances), it will be processed within 7–14 business days, minus any non-refundable deposit, customization fees, and applicable delivery charges.
6. Delivery Refusals
Refusing delivery of a completed trailer without prior authorization may result in forfeiture of the full payment. Please inspect all deliveries promptly and contact us if issues arise.
